Found Indio Oasis Appliance Care from a local Google search when our thermostat started acting up and the house wouldn’t stay at the set temp. Booked the visit pretty fast, and the technician showed up on time, which already helped. He got right to it, checked the wiring, the settings, the wall unit, all that, and explained just enough without dragging it out.
This was for Termostat Repair, and you could tell he’s done plenty of these. Our Nest thermostat was reading wrong and kicking the system on and off at weird times. He found the issue, fixed it the same visit, and made sure everything was responding the way it should before leaving. No guessing, no trying to upsell random stuff. What I liked most was how normal the whole appointment felt. Professional, yes, but not stiff. He answered a couple things, cleaned up after the repair, and didn’t leave a mess around the wall plate or floor. Since the visit, the temperature’s been steady and the AC isn’t running like it lost its mind. Big relief.
