Got to share my experience with cooktop repair by Indio Oasis Appliance Care. Found these guys while browsing online 'cause my trusty Bosch cooktop decided to quit on me out of nowhere. Story of my life, right?
Anyway, setting up the appointment was a breeze, no fuss at all. They actually got me in the next day, which was awesome. The tech who came over was super chill but definitely knew his stuff. He checked out the cooktop, figured out the problem real quick, and even explained what went wrong in simple words. None of that super technical jargon.
What I really appreciated was how he had all the parts he needed right there—not a single run to the shop. Got it fixed up faster than I thought possible. The whole process was surprisingly smooth, and now my cooktop works like it's brand new.
Would I recommend them for cooktop repair? 100%. If you're in Indio, CA and your cooktop's acting up, give them a call—you'll be glad you did. Might not save you from a kitchen disaster entirely, but it's close enough!
Pretty happy with my experience, and not gonna lie, I’ll probably be using their service again if any of my other appliances decide to throw a tantrum.
